This is a coaching program, not therapy or medical treatment
This program constitutes a digital coaching service that begins upon purchase
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of participation
You authorize NEN Coaching to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your chosen payment plan
Program delivery may vary based on pricing or promotional offers
Discounted offers include reduced access (text-only support + one coach per session)
You are responsible for your own participation and results
No guarantees are provided
You may leave the program at any time, but no refunds or payment cancellations will be issued
We reserve the right to remove participants at our discretion
Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
Doing so constitutes a breach of your agreement and may result in collections or legal action.

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
