In Wonderland offers activities and programs for kids all year round. Let’s encourage our children to stay curious, creative and in love with nature.

Have your children stay in wonder, learn naturally and enjoy learning, playing and exploring outdoors!

The programs are designed for a small group where each child gets a lot of support and attention.

In my programs kids enjoy fun field trips everyday. They play in the fresh air, bath in the sun light and get active in the rain in parks letting out energy and appreciating exploring what’s around them.

Places we go on field trips and explore are: Douglas park, Queen Elizabeth park, Kits beach, Pacific Spirit park, Seawall, Granville Island etc.

It's high time to empower kids with outdoor activities that support their health and wellbeing on all levels.

After School Care 3-6pm for K-G3

In Wonderland After School Care provides children with a balance of freedom and guidance. We make space for learning, creating, imagining and playing.

Every week the pick up is from the school at a designated place. We mostly play in parks and playgrounds.

In Wonderland program is designed for a small group, so it is family like, each child gets a lot of love and attention! 

The schools we served in the past years are: l’Ecole bilingue, Blessed Sacrament, Edith Cavell and Emily Carr. 

Having working with children for many years, we advocate Nature Education, parks exploration and outdoor play. 

As an outdoors program, we usually stay on the school’s playground for an hour on nice weather, and then go to a nearby park or forest.

On rainy days, we walk or take the bus to community centres, VPL branches or other indoor spaces where we have other activities like reading, painting/drawing, box games, cards etc.

Morning programs & Pro D days 9-5pm

NEW - Enroll now - In Wonderland offers Morning programs and 9-5pm Pro D days, appreciating nature, parks and educational attractions.

As well as play and creative time indoor we also visit and explore places like: Douglas park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Granville island and the seawall, Downtown library etc. 

For Pro D days, each day is a new adventure. Whether it be a warm and sunny day or pouring wet rain, children are engaging with one another and nature around them in the beautiful outdoors including the ocean, forest trails, natural playgrounds and parks.… learning and having fun! 

We meet at 9am at Heather Park. We usually wait for all to arrive and then start our adventures. 

In Wonderland appreciates the time, health and wellness of your child and family. This program is designed to provide your child with a wonder-filled outdoor adventure, providing you, the parent, with peace of mind.  

In Wonderland we believe that nature is one of the best tools for a child’s healthy growth and development. We are play based and nature focused; always passionate to see children grow in their knowledge and wonder of the great outdoors while striving to create learning opportunities!

​There are many benefits to a child’s development in the great outdoors:

​Physical - From getting great exercise to building coordination, children spending time in the outdoors increases health, decreases obesity and it also helps aid a good night’s sleep. 

Mental - Children are experiencing record levels of stress and tension and statistics show that those who spend time outside, have a better mental &emotional balance. 

Creativity - Being outside stimulates a child’s sense of creativity and imagination. The outdoors provides space for children to wonder, experience, experiment and create.

Community - With feelings of depression and isolation increasing among BC children, providing outdoor activities with other kids, fosters both community and social connections.

spring & summer CAMPS

SPRING & SUMMER CAMPS 2024 ~ REGISTRATION IS ON!

Sign up your child for wonderful summer outdoor adventures!
In Wonderland camps are designed for a small group, up to 8 kids, so it is family like, each child gets a lot of love and attention. Winter/Spring/Summer.

for K to grade 4, Mon to Friday 9-5pm, appreciating nature and parks. It incorporates creative arts as well.
Each day we meet at 9am at a designated place. We usually start our morning at Heather park and then continue to our main activity.

We go visit places like the beach, Spirit Pacific forest, Queen Elizabeth park, Vandusen Gardens, UBC farm, Southlands farm etc.

Parents get the weekly program a week before the camp starts so they have the schedule and each day’s schedule.

Our camps are super fun and we can usually accommodate the children’s interests and parents prefernces as well.
